While you can absolutely print photo-heavy documents, presentations, or digital designs with on this page, these machines are optimized for documents and marketing materials. So if you are looking for standalone art prints or professional photography printing, head over to our Artwork Printing Services page where we use specialized fine art paper, canvas, and photographic inks.
Digital is great for storage – but print gives you something tangible! Physical documents are perfect for closing deals, reviewing complex legal contracts, and holding focused training sessions without the distraction of notifications. Studies show people retain information significantly better when reading from paper. Having something physical lets you easily cross-reference multiple pages at once.
A 3-ring binder makes a pile of paper a structured, professional log. It keeps manuals, onboarding materials, or multi-chapter blueprints organized, protected, and easy to flip through. Plus, our binders feature clear outer sleeves so you can easily update the front and spine artwork whenever your project changes.
Lamination creates a completely waterproof, tear-proof, and wipeable barrier. This is essential for documents that get handled a lot or are used around grease, or spills—like restaurant kitchen menus, on-site safety checklists, reference guides, or workshop instructions.
If you know what paper type you want, combine your project in a single, multi-page PDF. Our systems will automatically print your pages in the exact order they appear in your uploaded file. You will need to tell us how many pages your file contains in total when checking out.
Standard printers leave a small, thin white border around the edge of the page. "Full bleed" means your ink prints completely edge-to-edge with no white margins showing. This makes designs, prints and covers look sharp and professional. To get a full bleed, your uploaded file should include a 0.125” trim margin (called a bleed) on all sides so we can cleanly cut it down to size. We’ll remind you to check your bleed line as you order.
Sure can! If you want to print documents on more than one kind of paper, set up your first batch of documents in an order and select the paper type. Then on the next page, make sure to add “+ Add More Files” to add your next batch of files. Don’t forget to select paper type every time!
