Flat, highly visible, and built for maximum outdoor use, corugated plastic signs (also known as coroplast) are the go-to economic solution for real estate signage, job site advertising, and event directions.
- 4mm – Best for standard, short-term lawn signs, real estate listings, and directional signage paired with H-frame stakes. The 4mm has slightly more see-through on signs as opposed to the thicker materials and is best for single-side print jobs.
- 6mm – Added rigidity for mid-sized outdoor displays that need extra bend resistance against wind without adding excessive weight. These are also more opaque than the 4mm
- 10mm – Heavy-duty performance for large outdoor signs, wall mounts, or long-term site signage that requires maximum structural stiffness and minimal see-though for double-sided prints.

Coroplast is lightweight, waterproof, and fluted, making it ideal for temporary or mid-term outdoor signage (like lawn and real estate signs). PVC and foam board are solid, smooth, and rigid. Foam board is strictly for indoor use because it absorbs moisture.
