Yes! Every order goes through our design team first. We personally review your artwork for clean lines, proper contrast, and stitch readability, then send you a digital proof to approve before production begins.
High-quality .PDF files are our top choice for razor-sharp artwork. We also accept vector .AI, .EPS, or .SVG files. Please make sure all text fonts are converted to outlines so your logo renders perfectly.
Standard turnaround is typically 7 to 10 business days following your digital proof approval. If you are working against a tight event deadline, let us know before ordering—at times we can offer expedited processing options for an added fee.
To protect the shape, visor , and stitching, spot clean your hats with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Air dry at room temperature—avoid placing custom caps in the washing machine or dryer.
