When we receive your file (logo) a graphic desiger will email you a digital  proof (within a few days of order) of your art on a flat tumbler concept for an approximation of position and size. This is an engraving so the colour of your logo will be stainless steel as per the pictures shown in our product gallery.  

File Type: Your logo should be provided to us as a vector file. For ex.. eps, pdf...if you have any questions please email us.

Would you like your tumbler to have the art engraved on one or two sides (must be same artwork if two sides). 

Production Turnaround

This products standard turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days...if you need to request your product any sooner please email us directly to info@artistaprint.com and one of our customer service representatives will contact you directly. This can only be a request not a guarantee. 

Our Production Turnaround times vary by product and are based on business days. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Eastern time, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders purchased after 12:00pm EST will be processed the following business day. This does not include shipping duration.

If you have chosen the  'Hire Artista to Design It For You" this option will begin once you have placed your order. The turnaround time selected is only for print production. Artwork turnaround time is not included in the selected turnaround time. We will try our best to have artwork for your approval within three days of order placement. Generally there will be changes from first proof...in which we will respond attentively with your requested change.
