- Laser-Safe & Smudge-Free – Cheap letterhead materials can melt or smudge inside a hot office printer and damage it. Our ink and paper are set to handle high-heat lazer printers and inkjets, so your logo stays crisp and the printer rollers stay clean.
- Enhanced Uncoated Text Paper (104 GSM): This paper is a heavier and premium grade compared to what you might buy at an office supply store. It’s bright white and sufficiently opaque, so that text doesn’t show through on double-sided print jobs. Its absorbent, matte surface is ideal for writing, notes, and signing on the dotted line.
- Full-Bleed Printing: If you want your design to go right to the very edge, we’ve got you. We print and trim with precision so your brand looks seamless (just make sure to include a 0.125" bleed in your artwork).

This means you can pop these bad boys through any standard laser or inkjet printer and the logo won’t smear, melt, or affect your printer rollers. Instead text stays crisp and your logo and contact details stay perfectly intact.
Absolutely. We prefer to use "Full Bleed" printing. To make this happen, we print your design on a slightly larger sheet and trim it down to the final 8.5" x 11" size. If you are designing this yourself, please make sure your file includes a 0.125" bleed on all sides so there are no white gaps at the edges.
We use a premium 70lb (105 GSM) Enhanced Uncoated Text paper. It’s noticeably thicker and more professional than standard 20lb copier paper, so your proposals feel "weighted" and important the moment they get picked up.
Yes. Because we use a high-quality uncoated stock, the paper "grabs" ink just like regular paper. You can use ballpoint pens, gel pens, or even fountain pens without worrying about smudging or long dry times.
