While our Gildan® cotton t-shirts are available for direct online order, our extended supplier catalog carries thousands of styles—including polo shirts, long sleeves, hoodies, sweatshirts, beanies, and performance wear. If you do not see the specific apparell you need on our site, message us directly and we'll source it for you.
We print on Gildan Softstyle® t-shirts, which feature a lightweight yet durable fabric engineered from soft, ring-spun cotton. The high-stitch-density weave ensures it is completely opaque and durable enough to handle repeated washes without losing its shape. It is soft and breathable for hot summer days, while remaining ideal for comfortable layering under hoodies or jackets in cooler weather.
Yes, our minimum order quantity is 13 shirts per run. All 13 shirts in an order must feature the same garment colour, print method, and artwork design, though you can mix and match sizes (Small through 3XL) within that batch.
Before anything hits the production floor, a member of our design team personally reviews your submitted artwork to verify resolution, contrast, and placement to ensure it will print real nice. We will send a digital proof directly to your email for formal approval before we commence printing.
You can place your artwork on the full front, full back, left or right chest, and left or right sleeves. You can choose single-location printing or combine multiple placements (such as a small left-chest logo paired with a large back graphic).
Yes! You can freely split your order across any combination of sizes from Unisex Small to 3XL at no extra charge, provided all shirts in that batch share the same garment colour and design artwork.
Vector .PDF files are our top choice and produce the sharpest results. We also accept high-resolution vector artwork in .AI, .EPS, or .SVG formats. To ensure your design prints or embroiders real nice, please make sure all fonts are outlined and paths are vector-based. If you're unsure if your file qualifies, give us a call and our team can take a look.
Standard production time typically takes 7 to 10 business days following digital proof approval. If you have an upcoming event deadline or a tight turnaround requirement, we offer expedited processing options for an additional rush fee—contact us prior to ordering to confirm timeline availability.
To keep your prints vibrant over time, machine wash your t-shirts inside out in cold water with similar colours. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to preserve the cotton fabric and keep your graphics crisp.
Our t-shirts feature a classic unisex fit that runs true to size. To find your perfect fit, take a favourite shirt from your closet, lay it flat, and measure across the chest (1 inch below the armpit) and down the length (from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem).
